The only real constant in my wardrobe are my black tights. I will wear them all year round; in the heights of summer and the depths of winter. I just love them so much! I think black tights finish off any look.
However, I will say this (once and that will be all I have to say on the topic) TIGHTS ARE NOT PANTS!!!!
My two top picks for fantiastic black tights are American Apparel and Metalicus. Both are around about the same price, the only real difference is that Metalicus is redily available where I live and I have to internet order, or wait until I head out of town for the American Apparel ones.
